Calculating your Open Wounds, Deadly Strike and Crushing Blow chances are fairly simple and you can do it on your own. The chances on the items don’t add up, and you can never reach 100% unless your item has 100% chance on it. To calculate your chance, multiply each item’s chance of not causing an OW/DS/CB and withdraw it from 1.

For example if you wear a Gore Rider which has 10% Chance of Open Wounds, a Toothrow Armor which has 40% Chance of Open Wounds, and a Fury Sword which has 66% Chance of Open Wounds, your chance of not causing open wounds is
(1-0.9)×(1-0.6)×(1-0.33)=0.183, so 18.3%. Thus, the Chance to cause Open Wounds is 81.6% in this instance.

The formula is the same for Deadly Strike and Crushing Blow.
